Roi is an investor specializing in early-stage and early-growth vertical and horizontal application software companies. In his role, Roi is involved in research, deal sourcing, and due diligence, and serves as a board member in JVP portfolio companies, advising on growth, fundraising, and go-to-market strategies.
Roi, a C.P.A. and Attorney at Law, spent four years advising on transactions and investments from legal and financial perspectives across a broad spectrum of industries. Prior to JVP, Roi was an investment banker at Ernst & Young and a lawyer at Israel’s largest law firm, executing a wide variety of investment banking transactions such as M&A, debt, and equity raising.
Roi holds a double major in Law and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
Roi is a Captain (Res.) in the Intelligence Corps of the Israeli Defense Forces. During his service, Roi received numerous awards for excellence, having led innovative research projects.
Outside of work, you can find Roi enjoying all types of sports, skiing, adventure travel, yoga, and spending time with his family.
