Riki brings to JVP over 25 years of international experience in leading Human Resources for global companies. Before joining JVP, she held senior executive HR management positions at Amdocs, Teva, Ormat, and Comverse. In her most recent role, Riki was responsible for overseeing Amdocs’ global talent acquisition unit, managing six regional managers and 140 recruiting partners across 13 countries.
Riki possesses extensive expertise in all aspects of Human Resources and people-focused strategies, including organizational and leadership development, training, and the development of compensation and benefits plans.
At JVP, Riki’s role involves supporting the partners and the investment team in all matters related to Human Resources. In addition, she provides comprehensive support to our Founders, CEOs, and HR leaders across all funds, helping them build strong global teams and drive growth.
Riki holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology from Bar Ilan University.
