Maya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Social Work and a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management with a specialization in Social Policy, both of which she completed with honors at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
She has 20 years of experience in diverse management roles in the social and educational sectors. Her past positions include managing a student program for academic and social excellence at the ISEF Foundation – The International Education Foundation, serving as Deputy Director of the Boyar Boarding School, leading a national program at the Be’Atzmi nonprofit, and, most recently, managing national projects at the ed-tech company Class-E.
