Jacqueline (“Jacqie”) Bouscher is Head of Business Development, Europe at JVP, where she leads the firm’s strategic partnerships and expansion across European markets, working closely with the Investor Relations team to strengthen JVP’s institutional and corporate networks.
Prior to joining JVP, Jacqie served as Vice Consul and Head of the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency (NFIA) offices in New York and Tel Aviv, where she spearheaded high-tech investment strategies and forged collaborations between global corporates, governments, and academia. Her career spans diplomatic and commercial roles with the Dutch and Belgian governments, the United Nations, and the U.S. Congress, as well as experience in management consulting.
Jacqie holds an MSc in Political Science from the University of Amsterdam.
