Global rollout expected to expand GameFly’s reach by 300 million
LOS ANGELES — (August 20, 2015) – GameFly, the leading console game subscription service, today announced that it will expand the availability of its GameFly Streaming service on Samsung Smart TVs to now include the U.S, Canada and eight additional European countries. This expansion grows the number of markets with access to GameFly Streaming on Samsung Smart TVs to 20, adding to recent launches in Brazil, Israel, Mexico and six European markets.

GameFly Streaming bundles popular games like Batman Arkham Origins, Lego Batman 3, GRID 2, and F.E.A.R. together in packages that can be played directly on Samsung Smart TVs. These include a Hardcore Pack featuring games such as Darksiders and Red Faction, a Lego Pack with titles like Batman (1, 2 and 3) and Lord of the Rings, as well as an All Around pack. Game packages start at $6.99 a month.
GameFly Streaming harnesses a patented, cloud-based compression engine to power its gameplay, adjusting to changes in network connectivity to optimize the streaming experience.
