Prior to joining JVP Yoav headed Altus Media Ltd., a venture capital consulting business, providing business, strategy and operational support for VCs and digital media and content related startups, including JVP portfolio companies. Prior to Altus Media, Yoav spent five years as General Manager/COO and CMO of Exent Technologies, leading its strategy, business and operations, positioning it as an industry leader in the spaceofvideo games digital distribution, growing the business 70% Y-over-Yearfive years in a row. In this capacity Yoavwas instrumental in building new offerings and revenue streams for industry leaders such as Verizon, Comcast, Intel, CBS, Time Warner and France Telecom.Previously, Yoav spent five years with TeleKnowledge, an innovator in the space of business support systems, holding multiple executive level positions, including Product Management, Marketing and Business Development, helping define telecom value-added services and digital media strategies for the likes of Telefonica, Yahoo, Listen.com (Real Networks), Turbine Entertainment, FullAudio (AOL), StarMedia, TheStreet.com and others. Yoav further spent six years in the Israeli Air-Force, managing mission critical development projects, and is a decorated officer. Yoav holds an International Executive MBA from Kellogg/Northwestern and Tel-Aviv University, as well as a M.Sc. in Computer Science (cum laude) and a B.Sc. in Mathematics (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University.
